Some very quick sketches!  I wish I could keep up with the ED in May!

Art Glass Guild Patio Sale and some new glass

Time for another Patio sale! This is the largest display of Art Glass in Southern California, if you love glass you won't want to miss it! http://www.agasc.org/index.php?page=events

I am also particpating in the Talmadge Artshow http://www.talmadgeartshow.com/ on Sunday, tomorrow! I'm also trying to work some glass into the new wire earrings I did for the Ramona Studio Tour. They were a popular item!

New wire sketches for The Ramona Open Studios Tour

Some new wire sketches for the Ramona Open Studios Tour http://www.zhibit.org/ramonaart This is a really fun event, 15 Artists open their studios for the weekend. Tickets are $10 with a map and brochure. You travel at your own pace to some Very interesting Art spaces. I will be with Carol Levin, Her studio has incredible views of the local mountains, a stream and lake views. I'll have my fused Glass jewelry and larger glass work as well as the wire sculpture and some new wire earrings.














You have to use some imagination to see them as finished earrings!

Flurry, a kitten we got around Christmas on one of her first times outside outside, saw the horses and began stalking them. Had to give a try at capturing the moment..... funny stuff!

While trying to delete an anonymous post I deleted the whole post!! Thanks to all of you who made such nice comments. I'll try to repost the sketches as soon as I have time!

Fused Dichroic Glass and Silver Earrings
These were made for an artist friend in trade for a beautiful pastel painting she did of our dog Sadie

Copper necklace. I enjoy the forming and hammering, having the joints makes for a better fit. The first one that was one piece had to be fit to each neck.

I've been surprised that the copper necklaces lay flat and are comfortable to wear.

Quick sketches of new cat Spotessa or "Fatcat" She is quite a charactor I plan a little book about her coming to her new home.



Not long after we got her we were given 2 kittens. She didn't like them at first, now she enjoys them and they play.

She REALLY didn't like Sadie when they met, now they are getting along fine!
