New wire sketches for The Ramona Open Studios Tour

Some new wire sketches for the Ramona Open Studios Tour http://www.zhibit.org/ramonaart This is a really fun event, 15 Artists open their studios for the weekend. Tickets are $10 with a map and brochure. You travel at your own pace to some Very interesting Art spaces. I will be with Carol Levin, Her studio has incredible views of the local mountains, a stream and lake views. I'll have my fused Glass jewelry and larger glass work as well as the wire sculpture and some new wire earrings.

You have to use some imagination to see them as finished earrings!

AWESOME! My wife would love the horses and pegasus ^^ I used to try to do some shapes with copper wires too, and it's SUPER HARD!! >.< You've got really smooth and sharp bending techniques! Thanks for your comments on my New "old" blog ^^

Lyn, your work is fabulous! Very impressive. My husband does chain maile jewelry.. mostly bracelets, so I know how hard bending that wire is!! Thanks for the terrific pics!

Very nice, I like the flow you are able to give them. I love your cat sketches as well especially the kitten stalking the horses. Too funny.

I thought that I previously left a comment on your wire sculptures - but don't see one. I LOVE, LOVE them, especially the lion and human face. Some of my favorite art is Calder's wires - and yours excite me just as much!!
